All You Need To Know!!
How much is the delivery, late, and overnight fee?
The delivery fee starts at *$225. Multi item rentals (size dependent) starting at $250.
If your event ends past 1am, it’s an additional $100 per hour. The overnight fee is $175.

Same weekend rentals submitted 5 days before event are subject to a $200 rush fee!
Is it extra for color customizable items and vinyl?
The only colors that are an additional charge are silver, gold, any metallic, or design, such as stripes or polka dots. Any walls/ arches- additional $50. Pedestals, an additional $10. Designs are an additional $100.
While we allow vinyl, wrap, wood cut outs, or acrylic on our structures, we DO NOT pickup or place them. Ask us about our reputable reps and we will place you in contact with them!
Which payment methods do you accept?
All, except cash. We use the HoneyBook platform to send invoices and they must be paid via HoneyBook.
Do I have to pay for my items in full?
Not unless your event is less than 7 days out. We require a 50% deposit up front and the remainder is due 7 days prior to your event.
Are the items rented by the hour or by the day?
We offer our rentals for the entire day. If you’d like to keep your rentals overnight, there is an overnight fee of $175.
Do you all do balloon work?
